Hey, I'm Zach.

I work from home, which sounds like a dream until you realize the office never actually closes. My laptop is always there, my setup is always accessible, and for a long time my energy, sleep, and stress levels paid the price. I was tired but wired — doing a lot, but not feeling great doing it.

So I started paying attention. Testing supplements. Building small routines. Figuring out what actually works for someone with a packed schedule and a brain that doesn't easily shut off.

Truly Optimal is where I share everything I've learned — and keep learning. You'll find honest product reviews, simple habits that fit into a real workday, and practical wellness strategies for professionals who don't have two hours every morning to dedicate to self-care.

No shame, no hustle culture, no unrealistic routines. If something doesn't taste great but still works, I'll tell you both. If something isn't worth the money, I'll say that too.

The one thing I wish someone had told me earlier: rest is productive, not lazy. Taking care of your energy is the work — and that's the whole premise of this site.
